At Aurie Skincare, LLC., each product is crafted in small batches with carefully sourced, nutrient-dense ingredients. We take great care in packaging and shipping every order.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.

During product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.


Shipping Methods

We ship within the United States using reliable carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery speed.


Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has shipped:

  • Standard shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Priority shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Weather

  • Carrier delays

  • Seasonal volume

Aurie Skincare is not responsible for delays once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier.


Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Aurie is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Lost or returned packages due to address errors

If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Or appears lost in transit

Please contact us within 5 days of delivery (or expected delivery) at:

  • Your order number

  • A photo (if damaged)

  • A brief description of the issue

We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.


Warm Weather Notice

Aurie Skincare products are made with natural oils and butters. Texture may soften or firm depending on temperature during transit. This is normal and does not affect product quality.

If your product arrives softened, simply place it in a cool area or the refrigerator for a short time to restore its consistency.
