At Aurie Skincare, LLC, each product is handcrafted in small batches using carefully selected natural ingredients. Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, we maintain a strict return and refund policy to ensure product safety and integrity.
All Sales Final on Opened Products
For health, safety, and contamination reasons:
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any opened or used products.
This policy is in place because skincare products cannot be safely resold once opened.
Returns on Unopened Products
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

The item is received back in resellable condition
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Once the return is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Lost or Stolen Packages
Aurie Skincare, LLC is not responsible for:

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

Lost or stolen shipments after delivery
If an issue occurs, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
Natural Product Disclaimer
Aurie products are made with natural oils and butters and do not contain synthetic stabilizers.
As a result:

Texture and firmness may vary with temperature

Products may soften in warm environments or firm up in cooler temperatures
These changes are normal and do not affect product performance or quality.
Returns or refunds will not be issued for natural texture changes caused by temperature.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it is subject to this return policy.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within:
